SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from huex.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Because our items ship directly from our production partners, estimated delivery is:
- Canada: 7–17 business days after processing
- United States: 7–20 business days after processing
- International: 10–25 business days after processing
Larger or made-to-order items may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, as transit and customs times can vary.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you choose (Standard or Express). Any free-shipping offers, if available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.

DELAYS
Occasionally customs or carrier delays occur that are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days, email us and we'll make it right.
