REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

CONDITION
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include all accessories and parts.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email m4tth3wch4n@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom or made-to-order items, and clearance items marked "final sale," cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
