Products & pricing. We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Liability. Our products are intended for normal household use. Please follow all included instructions, especially for electrical and lighting products. huex is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
