Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time. Because our items are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, delivery typically takes 7–17 business days after processing. Larger or made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders.
Where we ship. We currently ship across Canada and to select international destinations.
Delays. Occasionally customs or carrier delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days, contact us at m4tth3wch4n@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
