We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to start. Email m4tth3wch4n@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions.
Damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost — just send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
